If the project is co-financed with another MDB or bilateral development organization and AIIB has agreed has agreed to the application of the environmental and social policies and procedures and to rely on the Independent Accountability Mechanism (IAM) of such institution, the complaint will be ineligible to the AIIB PPM. Otherwise, the PPM will coordinate closely with the co-financier's IAM.
