Para. 114: "A compliance investigation does not make non-compliance findings in relation to a Project or Sub-Project. However, in making findings regardign Harm and whether any Harm is related to IFC/MIGA non-compliance with its E&S Policies, CAO will assess IFC/MIGA's review and supervision of it E&S Requirements at the Project or Sub-Project level, and consider Project- or Sub-Project-level environmental and social performance."
