Notes
Complaints must be submitted within one year from the date on which the facts upon which the allegation is based could be reasonably known by the complainant. Category E & F complaints can be admissible if the EIB is actively considering financing the project (i.e., after the Management Committee's decision to appraise). If the project has not been approved by the EIB, Category E &F complaints will go through the "Prevention Procedure".
