Description

The Request describes a potential damage to the Requester’s living conditions and property, derived from the expropriation of his commercial property (automotive service station) for the construction of the Project. The Requester alleges that an alleged incorrect appraisal of his property would have been made, since the fair price would be lower than the market price, in addition to not considering the loss of profits due to the closing of the business, which would also have an impact on more than 20 people who work there. Finally, the Request cites a potential breach of the Project's General Resettlement Plan, which it is alleged that does not adhere to OP-710 Policy on Involuntary Resettlement.
