The Internal Audit Department of the BSTDB is authorized to coordinate the BSTDB’s complaints mechanism and to receive and review complaints about decisions or practices of BSTDB and about operations funded by BSTDB. Complaints can relate to a wide range of matters, including financial, employment and procurement issues, in addition to concerns about access to information and about adverse environmental and/or social impacts of BSTDB-financed projects.
