If complainants submit additional allegations before the Initial Assessment phase, the IAM will decide whether to handle the complaint in the same complaints-handling procedure or to launch a separate one. Additional allegations submitted after the completion of the Initial Assessment phase will be handled in a separate complaint-handling process.
