Notes

Lead Compliance Officer/OAI Director. The Lead Compliance Officer, with the OAI Director's approval, determines whether a complaint can go through compliance review. If SECU and the SRM determine that both processes are available, they will give the choice to proceed with a compliance process, stakeholder response, or both.
