Yes (Proactive Investigations) When a complaint is filed in relation to a project for which SECU has completed a proactive investigation, and issues raised in the complaint are the same as issues examined in the proactive investigation, lead investigators will not participate in the complaint. Staff must disclose actual or potential conflicts of interest to a supervisor.
