Mangement is responsible for monitoring the implementation of management action plans. The Executive Directors may approve, as an additional reassurance tool for avoiding reputational risks, independent risk-based proportionate verification of the implementation of the management action plan by the Panel and/or Group Internal Audit. The modality adopted for such additional verification will be proportionate to the complexity and seriousness of the case.
