Description

The Request describes a potential harm to the living conditions of the Requester caused by the eviction from his business, a mechanical workshop, for the construction of the Project. The Requester alleges that the agreements established on compensation and assistance for relocation were not fulfilled by the executing agency. In addition, the inventories made by the executing agency were not considered for the compensation process. Likewise, the Requester states that his economic conditions have deteriorated since he had to sell the equipment used in his business at a lower cost and has been forced to work as a driver for an application that is not regulated in the country. On the other hand, the Request states that the payment of taxes required by the executing agency aggravates the situation of economic vulnerability of the Requester.
