Description

The Request describes a potential harm to the living conditions of the Requester caused by the eviction from his property for the construction of the Project. The Request alleges that the measurements made by the executing agency are incorrect, in addition, the terms of the eviction do not take into account the loss of profit since part of the property is leased to telephone companies for the placement of antennas. Likewise, the Requester establishes that the domestic use of the property was not considered since the Requester and his family live there and, if the eviction was carried out, they would be left homeless.
