Each month, we'll send you information on new functionality, research on complaint data, use cases, and spotlights of some of the Console's more advanced features. We're hoping to create a collaborative space to share knowledge and research methodologies, and look forward to your thoughts and input.

What's New

Updates to Console data, features, and functionality

Pivot table functionality: Complaint data can now be "pivoted" between two variables.
New complaint stage structure: It's now easier to filter complaints by whether particular stages occurred, and whether key milestones (registration, eligibility, monitoring, etc) were passed.
Document Search: Document Search allows users to search the text from any complaint documents hosted on registries.
2020 Complaints added: The Database is now current with all posted complaint information through December 2020.

Research: Understanding Complaint Stage Outcomes

Recent updates to our methodology on complaint stages provide further insights into things like registration criteria, eligibility trends, and outputs for communities -- helping inform a community-centered approach to our data.
