Welcome to the first edition of the monthly Accountability Console newsletter! Each month, we'll send you information on new functionality, research on complaint data, use cases, and spotlights of some of the Console's more advanced features. We're hoping to create a collaborative space to share knowledge and research methodologies, and look forward to your thoughts and input.

What's New
Updates to Console data, features, and functionality
- Pivot table functionality: Complaint data can now be "pivoted" between two variables.
- New complaint stage structure: It's now easier to filter complaints by whether particular stages occurred, and whether key milestones (registration, eligibility, monitoring, etc) were passed.
- Document Search: Document Search allows users to search the text from any complaint documents hosted on registries.
- 2020 Complaints added: The Database is now current with all posted complaint information through December 2020.
