Description
Construction, operation and maintenance of a 125 MW coal-fired power plant on a 29-hectare site located 35 km from Dakar to Sendou (Bargny). The Project will produce 925 GWh of electricity each year, or about 40% of Senegal's consumption in 2010. The project will help solve the current electricity crisis by replacing generation of emergency generators with electricity. rental and power plants, as well as allowing better maintenance of other power plants in the production park.
