Description

The objective of the program is to increase the resilience of the riverside population of the southern area of the city of Asunción (Bañado Sur) through: (i) building social housing and quality urban infrastructure in Tacumbú neighborhood under sustainable urbanism standards; (ii) the environmental recovery of lagoons, streams and wetlands and the protection of natural buffer zones; and (iii) the generation of conditions of economic and institutional sustainability and improvement of the adaptive capacity of families.
