"If a complaint was submitted in a language other than English or German and the complainant is unable to provide a translation, the complaint mechanism will commission a translation. It may take additional time to process complaints in languages other than English. The IKI complaint mechanism publishes documentation in English, including case reports, advisory reports and annual reports. All public casework reports are translated into the complainant’s local language. Where deemed necessary, the IKI complaint mechanism will translate its reports into other local languages and present them in a culturally appropriate manner."
