The Requesters are members of the community of Gornje Crkvice, Zenica , Bosnia-Herzegovina, represented by Mr. Durmiš Šaban, who allege that the Corridor Vc 2 (47372) project, is adversely impacting a number of households in the community as there are no noise barriers in spite of the proximity of the motorway. Mr. Saban is requesting the establishment of noise mitigation measures for the impacted households in line with the EBRD ESP requirements. The Request mentions their amenability to both a Problem Solving and a Compliance Review process to address their concerns.
