Description

The objectives are to implement an investment program that: (i) supports the establishment of commercial forest plantations on degraded lands; (ii) supports the creation and implementation of the state forest concession system; and (iii) supports the institutional strengthening of the government to improve forest administration and the efficient and effective provision of forest management services.
