The Request describes potential harm to the Requesterâ property, as well as to their living conditions, due to the construction and commissioning of Provincial Route No. 82, Section End of Corridor III, Gobernador Ortiz. Specifically, the Request alleges that the price offered for the future expropriation of an event hall, owned by the Requesters, does not correspond to a fair compensation, since it does not contemplate the investments made to it. They also allege a direct impact to its economy, since the living room represents the only income available for the family, so the fair price of the expropriation does not contemplate future lost profits. Finally, they also report on the lack of information on the works and the absence of public consultation on the impacts of the Project.
