For dispute resolution, complaints will be ineligible if it concerns a matter that has been satisfactorily dealt with by another mechanism. The IAM will also take on-going proceedings into consideration when determining the edibility of dispute resolution complaints. The policy contains no restrictions for compliance review complaints.
