Description

The Requesters warn of potential damage to their living conditions and their property as they claim to have been resettled irregularly and without fair compensation. Specifically, they allege: Reduction in the value of their properties as a result of their resettlement. That the original compensation and resettlement plan was modified without having been previously consulted. That they were forced to leave their homes irregularly, without prior notice and without first receiving any compensation. Psychological pressure to accept the revised compensation and resettlement plan. Regarding possible breaches of the Bank's Operational Policies, they allege the lack of a complete Resettlement Plan and Environmental Impact Study that will adequately characterize those affected and correctly reflect the updated values of their properties and the compensation to be received.
